Wow!1900 people in a race that should only have 700 = crazy! The race was nose to tail with no where to go for the first 50 miles :( On top of that, I was sick for the first 6 hours of the race for some reason. Couldn't keep any food down. Thankfully before the Columbine climb one of my crew members gave me a Tums!!...It totaly saved the day! I rocked the second half of the race with no problems and finished strong. Great experience...although I'm not sure that I will do it again out of frustration because of the amount of people they allow in to the race now. Lifetime Fitness is ruining that race :( I DID get my belt buckle, and finished 6th in my age group. Missed the top 50 overall by just a couple minutes. Not bad for a flatlander! HA!
