Rish did a killer job today of getting OTF with PM and JB, good work

Grimm is the tuffest guy in the world, not only was he sick, but he was flying up the hill faster than Swain drives but the whole time he was hacking his brains out, I seriously thought about suggesting him to drop out but i was sucking wind to hard to speak, or think for that matter, look out when hes healty

Swain and I should never do anything together, ever. something bad always happens, doesnt matter what we are doing. he picks me up from a race and it takes us a half hour to get out of Dublin where APPARENTLY they had some sort of festival, jerks, dont they know we need to get to a bike race

Im still way the heck out of shape but managed a 4th, I had to, Ive never done worse that that here and I wasnt about to let a little thing like being sick unmotivated and not training stop that

After the race we hit up the Steak and Shake, nothing like being serious athletes concerned with out diet, I got the waitress to swear, i rule.

Nice.... It was maybe the best day outside this year. I happened to be sick ... very sick. I couldn't resist the temptation of the weather and in doing so I paid the price! After all it was the first time I have ever been sick racing. Totally different then a day of bad allergies. I tried to tell myself that I could do it, after all I had Lyme Disease for four years I can do this for one day.

I lasted 2 laps and dropped out, the guys did an awesome job! Rish you are the Man great job today. Tim looked ripped today ... have you been lifting? Gamm gets the overall prize for the day. Gamm had some sort of sinus cold and he still took 4th! Gamm check your temperature I had one at 99.7. If your temperature is higher than mine, then I am a sissy and should be given a big tissue box to cry my eyes out!
