I mangaged to score points every day, which put me in 7th place on the GC. I was very happy with that because I was the highest placed amateur. ABG Endeavor took five of the top spots and Jittery Joes took one and Seasilver took the other. I was very happy to be in the top ten. I want to say again how much fun it was to race the the savage hill crazy boys. Ryan-the geriatric-Rish managed to throw his back out, so I wish him a speedy recovery, and I wish Tim--faux hawk inspiration--Swain the best of luck at collegiate nats this weekend. |

I can say I finished all 3 events with little ill effect other then a very long drive. Mike did a great job and covered a lot of firsts for the weekend. Sorry about your back Ryan, I know you were bummed. I can say this is one stage race I'll plan on coming back to next year. It was very well organized. The roads were very wide (except the 2nd half of the crit course, AHEMM) and nicely paved. It was quite a nice race to do. |
